Wayne Bank Promotes Senior Trust Officer to Senior Vice President

Honesdale, PA – Lewis J. Critelli, President and Chief Executive Officer of Wayne Bank, recently announced the promotion of Diane Wylam, Esquire, to Senior Vice President of Wayne Bank. Ms. Wylam has the position of Senior Trust Officer andmanages the Wealth Management and Trust Services Division.

Diane has over 20 years of experience in Wealth Management and Trust with financial institutions, and has been with Wayne Bank since December 2009. According to Mr. Critelli, “Diane has done a terrific job advising the Wealth Management clients and has also expanded Wayne Bank’s Trust Department’s client base in the Lackawanna County and Scranton footprint which is a benefit to the Bank as well as the customers in those areas.”

Ms. Wylam received her Juris Doctorate degree from Widener School of Law and participated in the Widener Law Summer Institute at the University of Geneva in Switzerland. She is a graduate of the University of Scranton and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing. She also attended Lackawanna College and received her Associates Degree in business.

In addition to her work experience, Diane has been involved with many non-profit organizations. She has previously served on the Board of Directors of St. Joseph’s Center and the Estate Planning Council of NEPA and Advisory Council to the Board of Directors for Lackawanna College. She has been involved with the American Bar Association, Planned Giving Council of Central PA, PA Bar Association, Make-A-Wish, CASE, and Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association, just to name a few.
