Wayne Bank Supports 'Wayne County Goes Pink'”
Family and Friends Forever Strong
Honesdale, PA – Wayne Bank’s employees participated in “Wayne County Goes Pink” day on Friday, July 19th by purchasing pink tee shirts and pins from Family and Friends Forever Strong, the group who is responsible for starting the county-wide event. Wayne Bank supported the organization, as well as over thirty Wayne Bank employees who participated by purchasing pink tee shirts and/pins to promote breast cancer awareness.
Lew Critelli, President and CEO of Wayne Bank said, “We are proud of our Wayne Bank employees and how they support so many organizations in our community through monetary donations or by donating their time and talent. It was heart-warming to see the number of employees wearing their pink tee shirts supporting finding a cure for breast cancer.”
Family and Friends Forever Strong raised the funds to participate in the Avon Walk for the Cure which is being held on October 19th, and October 20th in New York City.
